If ‘Renegade Fighter’, ‘Hard to Find Her’ and ‘Glorafilia’ sound familiar, you already know ZED. The Kiwi music icons are now KGM New Zealand’s first brand ambassadors.
KGM New Zealand and ZED joined forces after the launch of the all-new KGM Torres mid-sized SUV in early 2024. Both are starting a new chapter. KGM is rebranding from SsangYong to reflect its new global ownership under KG Mobility. ZED is releasing their first album in 20 years.
ZED have been part of the soundtrack to Kiwi lives since their first single in 1997. Their new singles include ‘Future You’, which also features in KGM’s first TV commercial.
Inspired by Hallyu
The partnership was inspired by Hallyu, the Korean wave. Music plays a huge part in connecting people and driving popular culture in Korea, as it has in New Zealand for many years. Together, KGM and ZED celebrate the country’s love of homegrown music and support each other’s future plans.
Meet the band
Ben Campbell, Nathan King, Andrew Lynch and Adrian Palmer are KGM’s first brand ambassadors in New Zealand.
